Created for all levels of fitness, any athletic ability, sport-specific interest and those that are serious about getting fit!


A two day a week program lasting four consecutive weeks.  Under professional guidance with your trainer, each student will leave each session with improved fitness and the tools needed for continued success.


$300 per four-week session.  Space is limited, early registration recommended.
